The digital signage platform’s certification confirms that its security management practices meet the international standard for protecting customer data.
NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — OnSign, a cloud-based digital signage platform used by businesses and integrators worldwide, has received ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its information security management system (ISMS). The certification was issued by QMS Certification following an independent audit completed in September 2026.
ISO/IEC 27001 is the internationally recognized standard for managing information security. It requires organizations to identify risks to the data they handle, implement controls to address those risks, and continuously review and improve their security practices. Certification is granted only after an accredited third party audits the organization against the standard’s requirements.
The scope of OnSign’s certification covers the development, operation, and maintenance of the OnSign SaaS digital signage platform.
“Our customers trust us with content that appears on screens in stores, offices, hospitals, and public spaces, and many of them operate in industries with strict security requirements,” said Dimitri Prado, Managing Director at OnSign. “Earning ISO 27001 certification across the development, operation, and maintenance of our platform gives them independent confirmation that the way we protect their data follows a rigorous, internationally accepted framework.”
For customers and partners, the certification provides audited evidence of OnSign’s security practices. This can simplify vendor security reviews for enterprise buyers and support integrator partners when they respond to security requirements in client proposals and tenders.
“ISO 27001 is not a one-time milestone for us,” said Eduardo Castegnaro, Director of Technology at OnSign. “The standard requires ongoing monitoring, internal audits, and annual recertification, which means our security practices will keep evolving alongside the threats our customers face.”
As part of the certification process, OnSign formalized its risk assessment procedures, expanded employee security training, and strengthened access controls across its infrastructure.
